The Festival of Mini Films(FMF) was created to popularize and promote author's films of all genres. The main condition to take part in the Festival of Mini Films (FMF) is the duration of a film, from 1 (one) min to 5 (five) min.
The particular feature of the Festival of Mini Films (FMF) is that the Festival is not bound to a certain date, that is when the current Principal Competition is over, the next Principal Competition begins and so on indefinitely.
